How hard is it?
EZ is in the name for a reason, but it's still a build. Take your time, read every step, and ask questions. If you've never worked with copper, that's fine. Call us and talk it through before you start so you know what you're taking on.
First steps

The alchemy part
Once it's built, the fun starts. Copper, heat, and vapor become an experiment you run and adjust every time. Use your still for distilling water, essential oils, or other legal work. Distilling alcohol, including fuel alcohol, requires federal TTB permits, and you must follow federal, state, and local law.
